Mark, what ric is it

mark, please help, i dug out an old picture of my bass hero, lemmy killmeister, in the picture he is playing a ric, yellow in color, white binding, dots on neck, chrome looking pickguard, cable plugs into front of bass in pickguard, i think the picture is late seventys or early eightys, thank you for all your help and time

Has to be a modified 4001 ...that's all he' s played unless it has the guitar headstock.
