That's how UPS normally handles my deliveries T.

I have had nothing but good delivery service from FedEx strangely enough.

I've had good Fed-Ex delivery experiences, and as for UPS, it has been varied. They just leave the box in plain view on the front door stoop, without anyone signing even when a signature is required. In the past, the driver would take it to the back door and leave it on the deck, but that's equally as bad as there is a city street behind our house also. What I've learned is to have shipments delivered to my workplace where someone can sign and receive them.

I've had a Fedex account for 6 or 7 years now. I had one problem...a lost package, that was eventually found.

UPS is a different story. I've had a number of horrific experiences & try to avoid them as much as possible.

Leaving stuff on the doorstep, in plain view? Heck, if we're not around, they just come inside and set it on the living room floor!

Well, let's just say that any neighbors (or anyone else for that matter) would have to go to a fair amount of effort to even see the door step...
