Help contacting Ric customer service please.

I'm having trouble contacting Rickenbacker customer service via email or phone. Can someone please advise on the right way to sort this out?

Do you ever get a live person on the phone? I've only ever gotten an automated system that goes to the voicemail box of Richard Canata (not sure of the spelling).

When Kenny worked there I talked to him a couple of times without any issues at all. In fact I got straight through to him. You must be calling at a very busy time.

When are you calling them and what state do you live in? RIC is in California so be aware of any possible time zone difference. Operating hours are;

Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4:30PM

And also be aware that they are NOT a huge corporation with lots of people sitting around answering phones. I've heard there are only something like 50 or 60 people total, so when things get busy, everyone IS actually busy...
