Nicoderm commercial

Post by T28 »

Has anybody seen the new Nicoderm commercial?

Has a band playing and the bassist has a 4003.

Yup, saw it the day before I left for vacation. Actually, I saw that commercial, the Direct TV Cindy Lauper commercial (her bassist is playing a RIC), and a band playing on the Colin Ferguson Late Show featured a new Ruby 4003 bass. I was in heaven!!! 3 different Rickenbacker basses in short succession.

I'm surprised that no one has yet made the comment, "Rickenbacker 4003s are smokin' basses!" ...

Didnt Cindy Laupers bass player post here a few years ago?

I believe he had a taste for The Chris Squire model.

Cool! All the times I've seen that commercial I thought it looked like a Yellowed CS. Maybe I was tight!

As a smoker, I can verify that they are both expensive habits; smoking costing much more (and not just financially).

Maybe the chemical in your body that causes you to keep wanting more Ricks should be called "RICotine"?

I suppose you'd used RICoderm to get off RICotine . . . even though that sounds like a kind of jock itch.
