I see that '72 4001 sold for a mere $1780 yesterday on 3bay. :shock:

Anybody here scoop it up?

Huh? I don't see any sold '72 on eBay other than the one Rod MacQuarrie bought for $4K. Can you post a link?

I really liked the looks of this bass, a lot!! Like I stated on the Marketplace section, I'd swap my refinished Autumnglo 1973 4001 for this bass, in a heartbeat!!

looks just like the MD i used to have...crushed inlays,perfect horn shapes...great buy !!! :D :mrgreen:
