string spacing

What is the correct string spacing between the octive strings? I heard is 90thousands. Ant input on this, Gary

There is no single "correct" string-spacing on Rickenbacker 12-string models. Rather, the spacing in between the individual strings of each pair varies widely depending on how the nut and bridge were cut at the factory. It should be noted that, in response to players with larger hands, who were having trouble with the narrow necks, Rickenbacker, in general, adopted a tighter fundamental and octave string-spacing in 2005. I prefer a slightly wider spacing, and even had my 360/12 modded to spread out the individual strings in each pair a little bit.
