Hi all,
I finally found a 2012 JetGlo 330 out here in Australia... and I am loving it.
I've noticed Paul Weller and others playing a JetGlo 330 with black pickguards and logo on the headstock.
They aren't available as spare parts on the Rickenbacker site, and info on where to track them down?
I love the look and wouldn't mind it as an option.
Also, what are the original thin straps with the shoulder pads like? I usually find those straps aren't good for my back, but I'd like to be original in every way!
Cheers... Chris.

The black pickguards can be bought from various dealers on the net, but the truss rod cover for the headstock can not be bought, even from Ric. What can be done is you can send yours to Ric and they will swap you another, or you can simply paint yours (or send it out to guys who will paint it for you).
The vintage style spaghetti straps are a thing that you feel comfortable with or you don't. They are made a little differently now, and that means they are made better and more comfortable than the ones from decades ago. They sure look cool, but some do find them uncomfortable. I find them perfect so I have a few in various colors for various guitars. I bought leather dye and dyed some of them to match the color of the guitar I use with it.

Thanks guys, good advice.
Seems like the logo on the truss rod cover will be the greater challenge.
Rickenbacker advised today that they don't sell them at all, but also didn't suggest the swap option.
Still I'd prefer to have a spare.
Was the black on JetGlo a factory available option at some stage?
