Yeah, that's Jeff Rath, a former Forum member. He does great things with five-string conversions and such. He did my V/V/T mods on two of my 4004s. Great guy (in my opinion).

Yikes,pretty kewl Entwhistle bass,but it suffers a bit from BC Rich-itis! (Knobs aplenty)

Some classic contours shouldn't be messed with. The same can be said about the 4005, basically a 360 with an elongated top horn for better balance. Not a very elegant solution.
