Bass toasters have the same 6 alnico magnet poles as guitar toasters. The only difference is that they have tapped mounting holes for machine screws that go through the pickguard instead of slightly larger smooth holes for wood screws...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Yeah, I thought that they're probably non-Ric...but wasn't exactly sure as I'm really not that up on modern parts.

these faker pickups are usually taller from flange to top, i've noticed. some have one ceramic bar mag along the bottom mimicking the rubber one ric uses on their button top neck pickups.
