Rics and the flaming lips at the Greek Theater Los Angeles

Rickenbackers dominated a great show last night 10-29-13 at the Greek Theater in LA when White Denim, Tame Impala and The Flaming Lips rolled in to play. A 4001-3 started it off with White Denim while both guitarist in Tame Impala played exclusively on 320-360's. And the 320-360 made another appearance throughout the entire Flaming Lips set. All three bands sounded great, even White Denim who played in that dreaded opening slot where all aspects from lighting to sound are dumbed down. Without question Rics have taken over the Telecaster as the hipsters guitar of choice. Does that make me hip? Doubt it.
