Johns Les Paul on cold turkey

Hi Folks,
I am really interested in the Les Paul guitar that John uses in the Video of Cold Turkey. It looks like a Les Paul Junior with a sort of "Charlie Christian Pickup" in the neck position ion the bridge position.
Can i buy such a guitar anywhere , or do i have to modify a Les Paul.
