I bought their first two LPs as soon as they were released. I loved that band. Ron Flint their bass player lives here, I run into him at gigs often. Nice guy.

I was a huge fan, saw them all over L.A. numerous times back in the day. Ron seemed like a really nice guy at the time, and he's put out some albums recently that are fabulous, well worth getting. If you bump into him all the time, I'm guessing you live in Austin now? In the video, the 360 that Chris has, its hard to tell if its a 6 or 12, I've focused in on it a ton, but its not that clear. I'm leaning towards it being a 12, because while I can't see the slots in the headstock, it does appear as if there are tuning knobs facing the rear.

Been living in Austin since 1990.

I feel it's a 12 also.

Great stuff! Love these guys. They even played at my high school back in the day; missed the show though-I was on restriction. What could I have done? ? ? ?
There is no reason to ever be bored.

...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...

Definitely a 12 - look at the TRC.

Yeah, great bunch of guys! We (The Records) did a mini-tour of Japan with them in 2008(?). Couldn't have asked for better tourmates!
