I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Aha - the fabled new Rick Tea-Chest bass!
Just the one truss rod, I'm guessing?

A - that'd hit most keys without getting too high toned.

I'll pass.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!
Re: Pick a string but you can play only one!
That would be pretty hard to play hitting other than the root.....

Single string excersizes are great for opening up one's playing ability.johnallg wrote:That would be pretty hard to play hitting other than the root.....
Re: Pick a string but you can play only one!

D with an octave pedal. [/thread]
I'm genuinely curious to know how it would sound with the string going across all the polepieces, or the width of the bar magnet instead of just the short length it normally would.

Re: Pick a string but you can play only one!
I wonder if the magnetic pull of the entire magnet length would slow the string vibration down. ?
Re: Pick a string but you can play only one!
Probably okay if the A string most seem to favor is like this one on this song. Stoner rock wouldn't be an issue with all the magnets pulling on the string.teeder wrote:I wonder if the magnetic pull of the entire magnet length would slow the string vibration down. ?
