8 String Bass Saddles

Post by gareth »

A while back, right when I couldn't afford them, someone posted that there was, or they had, a mod for the 4008 saddles that allowed individual string height adjustment.

Anyone remember who that was ? I'm about to get with Paul W to refinish the 4008 so it would be nice to do this at the same time.

I think the mod was for intonation, not height adjustment. Of course, I'm old and could be confused.... :?

I'm here!

I don't have any left, but do plan to make some more. Just trying to find the time.
I'll post a new thread when I'm ready for orders.
