Recommended luthier in the greater Boston area?

Hi folks.
A friend of mine who lives near Boston has a 350/6 that constantly has a dead note, his luthier adjusts the truss rod but it returns after a few months.

Is there a recommended luthier in the greater Boston area who could take a look at the guitar to understand the underlaying issue?
