Well...my 73' sold on ebay........i did so well out of it that i have used the money to buy a New old stock 02' 4003 ..... in Burgundy!!

Damn, i never thought id find one of those!

There was a substantial upcharge for this bass.....but i did so well on that battered 73, thati still have change left over!

Owen..Glad you got a good price for that baby. The exchange rate makes for great deals when your buying here in the U.S. Looking round London last week I saw a few mid 70,s 4001,s all around 1000-1200 pounds, but I,d have taken your 73 over all of them. Enjoy that Burgandy 4003....
