I used to have a red (burgundy?) rick from the 70's that had an avil flight case (cheaper, not ATA approved) and a custom made stereo cord. I traded it in to Rolls Music in Falls Church VA around 1985 and have been kick'n myself ever since.
Anybody seen it?

I bought a burgundy '79 4001 from Atomic Music in college park about two or three months ago. It was a (******) refin, though, was missing the bridge PU, and I bought it for $225 because it fell off the hook and the neck broke at the headstock. I doubt this one was yours, unless yours was a refin? Also this had no case...
