Ronn Roberts (iamthebassman) is a lefty, but I don't know if he browses this section. You can see his Ric here: http://www.eggmen.com/ron.html

I am another lefty, new to this site. I have a LH 320 and a LH 620-12 on order.
I play the 320 through a 100W marshall, probably will use something similar with the 620-12 when I get it.

Welcome to The Rickenbacker Forum Daniel. I am a lefty too, however, I learned to play right-handed. I have often wondered how many people have had a similar experience?

I too am left handhanded but all my guitars & basses are right handed models. This was mainly due to the lack of left hand models in music shops when I originally started looking to but my first bass 14 years ago.It does'nt feel odd to play right handed because (and this may just be me) I am fretting the notes with my stronger hand, my right hand is only picking/plucking the strings (I think that makes sense!)

Hi, Daniel...I am mainly a lefty and play left-handed but I've got a bunch of right-handed guitars, NO righty basses. 23 instruments and counting.

Hi everyone. Yes, I'm left-handed and have many lefty basses, and several righties. As far as Rics go:
'80 4003(FGLH)
'84 4001S(MGLH)Done up in a semi-MMT paintjob.
'91 4001CS(LH)
'03 340(FGLH)
All are strung righty. In my high school senior year(1976), I used to sneek out of my bedroom window at midnight and walk a few blocks to a church. Crawled in an unlocked rear window and play their righty Jazz bass thru their Bassman amp for hours. Then go back home and sleep a couple hours then get up and go to school.
By the time I got my own bass(a righty EB-O copy)I was used to playing left handed but with the E string on the bottom.

Wow,
A whole lot of lefty's here. Bruce, what is a 650C? I know the other models, but the nomenclature of that one is new to me. Here is my on and only so far. The rest of my stuff is gibson, fender, dobro, usual suspects for amps ( mesa, marshall)

Daniel,

See thread under Rickenbacker Guitars for " Different Pickguard for 650D", a photo of my 650C is there. The 650C is the Colorado. Until a few years ago it was only available in JetGlo. It is now available in all std Rick finishes. Hardware is chrome, not gold as on other 650s. Mine is MapleGlo.

Nice trio Mr. Bengston!
This is quite a website. I am under the impression that I am in the company of some very dedicated players.
