John Lennon Beatles Hat...From AHDN
This kind of relates to Rickenbackers, because he played one when he wore his black leather hat. I ma looking for one now, either vintage or a reproduction made today. On "another" forum I posted this question but recieved no help. Can you guys help me through? Thanks.
I think I may be able to assist you. Are you interested in purchasing a hat?

John's hat was actually closer to #200, "Ivy Leather"

If this doesn't have a snap on the edge where the brim and hat clip to each other, this would work nicely. John's didn't have a band on the front edge. His was almost like a leather beret with a large brim attached to the front. For the price, these would be good subsitutes though. Peter, what place were you thinking of? I know there's a few that make them similar.

Peter, what was the one you were thinking of? Is it one of the two listed? I would like to know so I can compare the two links with the pics in the Anthology book (some great ones) and decide. Thanks to all who have helped out!

Here's a hat that a friend of mine kindly sent me. I don't think it's exact but pretty close. [email protected] if you're interested. I'll ask him if he can still find one of these.
And this is the one I ordered last week from this store.

Ben: Tuck has posted the other one that came to my attention.
