4001 sighting

I was watching the local cable channel (19) in Nashville and there was a band on there called 'Lume'... I watched for a few seconds was getting bored and then the camera showed the bass player...he was playing a black 4001 (looked to be about a 74, had the half inch front pickup spacing)...Sounded like a freight train...huge....the band was playing a local club here called '12th and Porter'...kinda interesting. I have not seen ANYONE playing a Ric bass in Nashville. i thought I was the only one....Hmmmmm
