Looking for "proper" screw sizes

I will soon be reassembling two guitars ('62 620 and '88 610) that I acquired with missing and/or replaced hardware. Can anyone tell me the proper sizes for the following screws:
- pickguard long
- pickguard short
- nameplate
- tuners
- bridge cover to bridge
- bridge adjusting screws
- bridge plate to body

Did any of the screws change through the years?
