Ric-O-Sound question

Post by allmodcons »

Hi all. I posted this under "Appraisals", but I think it's more of a general question: My Ric is a single input model, meaning it does not have Ric-O-Sound. I know R-O-S is desireable -- does this lessen the value/collectability of my Ric? Thanks again.

Not at all. The value is based on just about everything BUT that. What kind of RIC is it?

Wow, that's surprising. Mine is a '66 330-6, fireglo. I posted a pic on this forum under the title "Newbie". Thanks for the info.

Jeff,

It's because your guitar didn't come with Ric-O-Sound originally. It's complete the way God made it (so to speak). Which is exactly what a collector wants. Features don't necessarily trump originality.
You want to put that where?
