Truss rod 325 vs other ricks

Post by me_and_i »

I noticed that the 325 serie didn't have the more sophisticated truss rod; they rather have a "cheap" gibson?-style rod (which needed a woodenfillet above the rod).
Why didn't they have that special rickenbacker rod? Isn't it possible to make shorter versions of that rod or is that too expensive?

oops I think I made a mistake here "someone ;-)" pointed that out to me!
It has the very same truss rod as any other rick of course it's shorter.
Hoping that you can forgive this rather negative previous post.
I just was a bit disapointed with what I thought I found out!
