Ringo's drumming

Of course I've always thought Ringo's a great drummer, but there are always naysayers. Someone told me that Modern Drummer magazine did an article listing tracks that they felt were a testament to his abilities. Does anyone have info on this, i.e. issue date, songs listed, etc.?
