Another RIC sighting

Post by jps »

On page 115 of the Nov '04 Mix is an ad for Neutrik connectors with a hot band (for the guys among us, anyway) who's bassist is holding an MG 4001; alas it has a Badass bridge on it.

On our satellite system here in the UK, Sky, we have a channel called "The Muscicians Channel" (on 475 for any Brits.)

That channel is sponsored by Rickenbacker, a 330 and a 4003JG fly across the screen at hourly intervals. Image

What's in it for Rick if they are so expensive and hard to get in the UK in the first place?
No matter where you go - there you are.

Scroll down to Mick Mars before he was in Mötley Crüe. Not only are photos HIL-AAY-RIOUS, but the bass player plays a 4001.

Those pictures are pretty funny. Nikki Sixx used a Rick 4001 for a while also, but it was modded with EMG pickups. It is now on a wall at the Hard Rock Cafe in Newport Beach, CA
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)
