The Contemporary Christian artist Bob Carlise also plays a Rickencacker. You may remember he wrote and performed the song "Butterfly Kisses" that crossed into many genres of radio play.
Does anyone know the model of the RIC he owns?
I know it is an older guitar, and I believe a 300 series, but not sure of the correct model.

No idea, I know the song, since I DJ weddings and it is the #1 Daddy/Daughter dance song, but I've never seen him play.

No - Bubba Brown and the Tanning Salon 5 all play Rickencackers...
Bob plays a Rickenbacker. An old one - I think a 335 series...

Michael, I saw Bob Carlisle once with Allies(many years ago) and once by himself. Neither time was he using a Ric. I couldn't find any pics of him with one on the web either. Did you see him with a Rickenbacker? If so, where? I could try to look some more.

Hey Paul,
Yes - saw him in a concert at the Marion, Illinois
Community Center - been a long time ago. He made a comment about "getting out his old Rickenbacker to do the next song" but I was in the cheap seats and could not make out the guitar. I'm gonna do some look'n too - no big thing, just wondered.
