I'm registered as a new member, but each time I log on, it merely returns me to the same screen. I tried getting a new password, but the new password doesn't work, either. Any tricks, here? I'm curious to see what the new board looks like. Thanks -- Jeff

Make sure you pay attention to upper and lower case and differentiate between 0 (zero) and O (uppercase o)

Actually I registered there a few days ago and haven't gotten a password yet either.

once you've registered, it takes a few days and Patrick will send you a password that you will use all the time.

I just re-registered and got a new password the same day. I can post from home and the office now.
Nick is a busy guy and if you're sending requests to '[email protected]' it gets to him - but anything pertaining to posting problems send it to '[email protected]' and they're there all the time to help out.

I tried to update my email profile a month ago, and Still can't get in. It keeps telling me that my email address has already been used..

Ed, I have the same problem. I've been registered there a long time, and I haven't been able to sign on in months. I just keep returning to the sign in screen, like J.Phelps above. When I tried to get a new logon/password, I get the email message you keep getting. Strange that the password I used for many months suddenly stopped working...

I have tried to contact them and explain but I have not ever got a response from them. I am about ready to give up. I have been going to the site at least a couple years..

I talked to Nick a while back and he said there are issues with the integrity of the website when work is done on a communication line somewhere abroad, Bell Canada was mentioned...don't think there is much he can do until things are finished on whatever they're doing..
