Unearthing Iron Door Experiences
by Peter R. McCormack

Are You Experienced?

Obtaining information about the 1960s is not getting any easier as time marches on. The old Iron Door warehouse has been torn down and after a period as a parking lot is now a modern building. Many of the organizers and patrons are passing on.

Your assistance is sought in unearthing new details pertaining to this once popular Liverpool club. Should you have a story to tell about the old Iron Door, please send it along for posting on the site. Should you not have received credit for information sent along, please indicate the oversight using the email address at the contact link in the menu bar.

This research required to create this site has taken place over the past seven years. The assistance of Geoffrey Hogarth is gratefully acknowledged for without his efforts there would be no Iron Door or story to tell. Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible and to give credit where it is due. Should you notice a factual error or places in which your work or photographs have not been credited please use the contact email at the top of this page and we will set it right.
