Howard, Impressive collection and there's nothing wrong with your photography! Seems like I'm about the only member who owns guitars only..maybe I need a 4001 Bass? Larry |

Paul: Thanks very much for that. I may get the TL SE today. I'm still at home getting over the 'flu. I finally got some fresh air yesterday and I think I may need some more today, if you get my drift.... Dean: I love the small body with the full scale neck. The 330 feels like a jumbo acoustic in comparison. Ron had 9 lights on it but I'm going to change to Rick 10s today. Larry: GO FOR IT!! |

Howard, I look forward to sharing TL SE tips and settings with you, since we have similar guitars. You STILL need a Gretsch, Buddy. No, make that 2 Gretsches: A solid and a hollow. |

Howard: How long does it take to change all those lights? |

The door is not closed, Paul. I had a bit of a play with Ron Viney's Chet Atkins (not sure what model) yesterday - nice! There's a Gretsch dealer (other than my usual) only a few miles away so I'll drop in there soon. |

Is the ToneLab the same thing as the control unit in my AD60VTX? I've tried a TL once but it was long ago when it first arrived at a dealer here... On the amp I mainly stick to changing the amp it's modelling and keeping the effects off. |

Pretty much, Patrick. The SE 96 programs, some more effects and two pedals - it's big (28"x10"x3") and heavy (13.5lbs).

I wish I could get a pedal to control the Vox Wah... It does have an auto-wah that works suprisingly well, but it's not the same thing as the real thing! |

Patrick, are you speaking about the ADT15 and 30 or the TL SE? On the amps, it's a novelty, but I couldn't imagine trying to work it into a believable live performance. On the TL SE, you can assign both pedals to control about 75% of all the functions. That includes pitch bend, oscillators, reverb depth, etc., et long cetera. This board is maxi-flex. Works best fed into a pure channel, of course. But modelling into modelling can give you some pretty freaky stuff, if that's the sort of thing you're looking for. |
