Very attractive! Some gold PG and TRC would look cool, too.

Thanks for the pictures.

I just spoke to Dwight's guitar tech, Steve Moore, and according to him, Dwight has 2 (1 Jet-Glo and 1 Fire-Glo) 360/6's. He hasn't used them in a while. Steve said the last time was for the FAST AS YOU video shoot with the Fire-Glo. He may not use them, but he won't sell them either!

That's the ...

Dear Forumites,
The 1962 625 I am playing is Fire-Glo. The photos of Carla are the same guitar. An Azur-Glo 620/6, but Ric made it just for her with ckecked binding that they found at the factory. Those are facts as near as I can place them.
BTW, that 620 of Carla's was stolen and if anyone has ...

Karl,

Yes, Eddie and I were close friends. In fact the first band I was in with Carla was a band Eddie and I put together (The Warp Factor Five). We never left the rehearsal studio though.

I got to play with Clem live at a NYC gig my band did. Our drummer got out to do a couple of his solo hits and Clem got up behind the kit. It was like a locomotive driving the band! We became neighbors in LA and he is a VERY pleasant person to hang with.

Oh! And don't let's forget his stint with ...

In the mid-'80's I had a '66/'67 Nashville that was pristine. I had to sell it unfortunately. I now have a Japanese made Country Classic Jr. and I must confess that it is overall a much sturdier and solid feeling instrument. Put some Pyramid flats on it and it really gets a warm sound. I think the ...

Get the 330 for a six string and the 360/12 for twelve string. I've owned both at one time or another. I just wish finance wouldn't dictate so much as to what I can keep! Low-gain toasters will give you more of the really "classic" Ric sound.

OK! So I'm off the real topic here (but this DOES relate to five strings).

I heard that Keef's first five string guitar (when he got into open "G" tunings) was a Ric six string that was modified. Don't know what model or even if this is true.

Who now owns a guitar that used to be yours?

This might be fun to track down your previously owned instruments.

To start, I sold an early '80's 620/12 BG with black TRC and pickguard (I don't know the serial #). Anyone have it now?

Yeah! What WAS I thinking? I don't even remember what I sold/traded this perfect condition 1962 625 for. Not even a scratch on it!
