To my ears, if you like the deeper tone go fora 330 or 360 and even then they can differ especially between the years made. 600 series are tight and punchy. I prefer a delicate resonant sound which my 66 330-12 gives. I have a couple 68 366-12s which sound much tighter and brighter but ...

Hi John - The Stringmaster is three 8 string steel necks, no pedals. I ordered it through Gelb Music in Redwood City CA from Fender special and had to wait a while as I wanted it in black.....I think they only made them in blonde and walnut.

OK you dozy prawns.....we need to find a date for pints. Just off a UK tour with The Sorentinos and going through Guinness withdrawals. Need to re-ante. The 12 string separated us from the also rans! London area folk would be happy to meet anytime for chin wag and elbow bending.
