My Rickenbacker TR50 had built in Fuzz/distortion as well as two channels for Rick o Sound.

Thanks Jon I think this is a MAYA as it looks just like yours and yes the fretboard is unlacquered.

P.S Yes I will be removing the TRC as the bass is up for sale and I would not pass it off as a real Rickenbacker.

Sergio I do not know what make it is as it came with a Rickenbacker truss rod nameplate (I must take it of to see if its got two trussrods)any help anyone can give would be greatful but it looks like the one Jon posted a Maya.

Ted my bass was made in February 1982 and all original so it is very interseting to find out about the resistors 560K in my bass and yours at 300K and the schematic says they are 10M?
