Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and sympathy. My password contained numbers and letters so not sure to be honest. I don't think I can do anymore now except be more careful......I do not use that hotmail address any longer and have 2 gmail accounts, using one for friends and one for other stuff...

You will certainly not be disappointed with your 330. I absolutely love mine, even though I always wanted a 360 and have both now.
