Sorry, I've been busy fixing two delay pedals. One was a Boss DD-3, and the other an old MXR Time Delay. Had to retrofit a different delay chip on the MXR, but it actually works now ;) Anyway, here are my impressions ordered by pro and con:

I really don't like the fact that clearly it has been hanging on by the tuners. It better have been in the hands of George Harrison and still have his fingerprints on it to be worth this much.

I got $150(US) off during checkout at MF, which came to $1149. I don't know if that sale is still in effect.

CORRECTION: It was $1249.

Ok, good to know about the smell ;) Yes, it is a JG - probably would have been better to photograph out of the case.

For the most part it looks fine, but I think it may have been UPSed at some point in its travels. The intonation on the high E string (small one) was way off, and I was able to ...

From what I saw, you have to pull the control out to tune it. I know what you mean, though ;) The company that makes them does have them available separately, I believe. So maybe you can autotune your Rick.

Looks great, hard to photograph. The action seems a bit high, but I think I can fix that. There seem to be some serious fumes coming off this thing, more than any of the other 3 new guitars I've received this year.
