When I was 17, I was playing a Univox semi-hollow body bass and wished I had a Rickenbacker bass with a horseshoe pickup just like Paul MacCartney had. After all these years, I finally have one.

Yes, it would be! You used to have a TR3, or some similar British sports car, didn't you? I'm surprised you remembered me!!! I now have a 4001C64 in Fireglo (along with a Fender Roscoe Beck V). We'll talk soon!

Joey, how's the string spacing on the 5-tring? Is it 3/4" between strings?
