Gary - thanks for the offer, it actually cheered me up. The thing is - assuming I'll buy it in $2K - Ship it to Israel for $300, then I'll have to pay %30 (import tax + VAT) on top of this amount. If they are nice - they will charge %30 on the actual cost + shipping (which means %30 on $2300 = 2990)...

This is getting more and more frustrating... I just read the shipping policies on pick of the ricks and a few other places and it seems no dealer would ship it outside North America. There are no RIC dealers in Israel. Basically it means that if I don't get it in Oct (which seems impossible) I will ...
