Hi everybody
I'm trying to get the old 4003 strap bolts cause I want to use the plastic Dunlop locks (I don't like the Schaller system cause I had a bad experience :( )... I tried to change the Schaller bolts but the screw is too big. Will this old Rickenbacker strap lock fit in my 2008 rick ...

If the 105 is the standard 4003 E string, why my 4003 comes with a 100??... anyway, I think I'll change to a 105 beacause I've read about here in the forum and it looks great... Thanks!!

I use to read the posts but my english is not very good, so I never posted before.
I have a new lefty fireglo 4003 (2008 model that I bought at leftyguitars.co.uk) and it comes with a 100 E string. I would like to know if a 105 E string will fit in the nut without making any fix ...
