For sure I will show some pics but before I will change the wiring back to its original and re-string.
Another topic I have to fix later is exchanging the nut. One of the pre-owners had cut it deeper than normal - consequently the neck is not dead straight as it should be.
Anyway there is no buzzing ...

Re: Wiring schematic for a 350SH
Ok fine,
that's what I assumed as it should be - so except the HB - it's like the usual 350 as shown there.

Wiring schematic for a 350SH
Hi,
Since yesterday I am proud owner of a 350SH in used but very good condition, a real beauty :D #151
What's confusing me a little bit is the sound when neck/mid and bridge PU are combined (mid position of toggle switch).
It sounds very nasal, like there were out of phase. So I would like to know ...

Re: The beauty of a 350/12V63
Hi :) ,
many thanks for all the kind responses !
Especially for hints how to make it even better - keeping away the dust - I have to take more care next time ;) was too excited then.
I am sure there will be some follow up's of a new 4003 Fireglo bass very soon - need more sun over here :roll ...

Re: Technical question on nut height
(Been out for a few days),
many thanks for some more useful hints - luckily I could use a new pre-cut nut from Rickenbacker.
to libratune : I bought 2 original pieces of them to have a 2nd chance when would have spoiled the first one.
So the action was reduced only to file down the bottom side of ...

Re: Technical question on nut height
:D Nice word play, well I assume the answer from Scott could be quite helpful.
I will try to get this ready by today and after having adjusted everything (truss rod etc, new strings as well) some pics will be posted for sure !
Currently it does not look that complete without the TRC and the strings ...

Technical question on nut height
Hi,
just to mention first that I am new here - and new owner of a 350/12V63 Jetglo (used but in mint condition).
A most fine guitar, but I have to replace the nut as the recent owner has replaced a nut with different notches, may be it wasn't pre-cut before he replaced it.
Does anybody know about ...
