I received my book yesterday. I´m really impressed. Good work.

I have four Rickenbacker basses .
4001 Stereo Burgundyglo,1980
4003 S Tourquise,1994
4003 S/8 Fireglo,1997
4001 Chris Squire model. 1996

....and they won´t be the last

Finally, the 4003 S arrived today .
The bass is in perfect condition and sounds amazing. I´m so happy with it.
I still can´t believe that this 4003S turquoise is really mine.

Did Rickenbacker a colour called "Teal"?
I know in the 1950th RIC had some guitars in teal.
I don´t know it exactly, but I think this here is Tourqoise.
Or did they made a special colour on some items in the ninetys?

This 4003s will go to Germany .
I bought this bass last night.
It´s my fourth Rickenbacker Bass and I hope it will
arrive safetly to Germany. I have to bought it, there was no other way.

Thank God, I´ve got three Rickenbacker basses .
So the waiting is tolerable. Sorry for my bad,bad english writing .

Mr. Squire still have his white 8-string Rickenbacker.
He told this in an interview which is available on the new "Fish out of water" edition.

is in secure.

Here in Germany they told me it would last 13 months.
Do you think it depends on the colour? Maybe Rickenbacker would deliver faster
if I ordered this bass in fireglo?

I´m new here in this forum and play several Rickenbacker basses
for 23 years. Februar 08 I ordered a mapleglo 4001c64 here in Germany.
Is it true that have to wait 24months for it ?
