No Cell phones, huh!?! Must be the "Casino logic" thing...you know, they have no windows or clocks. Ed must figure that if you can't answer your phone, you won't hear these words from your Wife, Mother or significant "other"...."Get your butt out of that dang music store!!! You ain't buying that ...

You know, there are those (on other boards) who make a living out of trashing Ed Romans. I, however, had an outstanding experience a few years back at Ed's.

I was looking for a new 4003 in Midnight Blue. The local stores said that they could order one and would expect delivery anywhere from 3-8 ...

I tend to agree with popular opinion here. If I have to Mic my rig (SVT5Pro and PR8X10) I prefer either a 57 or 421. That's just me. I don't particularly care for DI simply because it gives control over to the sound man. That's not nesessarily a bad thing, but it does take some of the control out of ...

I was always leary of singing and playing (No problem with back-up, though). One day I was told that I would be singing lead on "I'm no Angel". I was scared to death. In all honesty, after the initial shock of "over-compensating" by staring constantly at the fretboard (scared to death I would screw ...

I have to agree with you here. Seems to me that Ebay is slowly going to the dogs in that you have to be twice or three times as careful as ever to avoid all the cons that are out there. These guys are becomming increasingly professional. I personally know of two folks who have been ripped off and ...

You know...I live in Kansas City. MF has a "Clearance Center" here in town, so, theoretically I could go down to the store in a couple of weeks and buy your returned bass! Naw...My Wife would literally KILL me!!

From one "newbie" to another, WELCOME! I, too, have a Midnight Blue Ric and love it to death. How long do they say the wait will be?

Thanks! I just did and I see that $3,000 isn't to far "off-base". I wish I would have had enough sense to get one ordered when they first came out, but you know how that goes...I don't know, I'm going to check it out and who knows, maybe I'll come home with one. But then again, I said that about the ...

Quick Question !

Guys I realize that I am new here but I have a question that I need to ask and I am in no way trying to start anything so here goes:

I am going to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks and will make my usual stop in at Ed Romans place. (yes, I know that he's not the most likeable guy out there) but more ...
