that's the first double neck that I have ever seen with a 5 and 6 string ...

Thanx for the kind words guys.The whole thing was made utilizing the existing material in the two 3000 basses, first by cutting and joining them together and then by reshaping them. All Rickenbacker parts were used to finish it out. The only non-RIC parts used was the jarrah fingerboard on the six string,the pickguard and the Ed Roman bridge. It should be completely finished by the end of the month.

Dane, that double neck is really turning out great, nice job!
I thought it already looked great the way it was at the SoCal confluence.
