I've been planning to build me one like your second 'lemmy' a long time. Even had worked it out 3d but the old computer crashed and all is lost.
I posted pics of it here but can't find'm anymore

this is Todd Bradshwaw's 4300 creation ... it has kind of a 4005 vibe, kind of a 350, 360 vibe and a little 2030 vibe ...

I like Joey's idea. Or a 4004 with binding & inlays would be sweet!

I like Wim's shot. Kind of what I envisioned, except the wood would be heavily figured or birdseyed.

the walnut has been lying around here for almost two years now.

I think I will cut it the other way round, where the burl hole is.

Wim, that pic that you posted looks cool.
That slab of walnut looks like it should be used to make a great looking bass.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Jeff! Thanks for posting this GREAT idea!!

This is EXACTLY what I'd like to see offered by RIC at some point in time.....with the FULL width inlays like on a 660.

I'm also interested in the 4300 idea....VERY interesting!
