The body is green on my monitor also. The guards are black. So when conversion varnish yellows it will even alter the hue of JG. Interesting I did not know that.

I don't know John...
There is the original Fireglo in the toaster cavity combining the two pieces of wood. It's that upper piece that confuses.
The upper bout joins the body at the same point as the lower and that gives the impression that the horn is more severe than it possibly is...
I thought I measured the width of the upper horn last year and it was the same as my other RM, but I'm not 100% sure!
Time to move this over to the "Vintage" section
