I know what you mean! Good choice Image
Houses come & go but wives (or girlfriends) who appreciate Ricks are priceless.

Hi Peter, was your first house small or did you just buy a Lightshow?

Err, sort of both, in a way. Pictures will follow (but not for a few weeks).

Hmmmmmmmmmm...........the plot thickens! Are you at liberty to discuss what happened? The journey is often as interesting as the destination. A new thread perhaps?

Even more intriguing, how old do you have to be to get a bus pass?

Waiting in breathless anticipation!

I have bought a new (old) Rickenbacker, I've paid for it but can't pick it up for a few weeks. I'm not saying any more than that until it is safely in my sweaty paws, because as they say...

"there is many a slip 'twixt the cup and the lip"

and there has already been one big slip!!!

And it's 60 for a bus pass here - 7 years to go! Not that it really matters as there are only 2 buses a week where I live!

I know exactly how you feel. Good luck, I'm holding my breath until til you get her.

Hey, wait a minute, isn't there a left handed English fella over there who played bass in a little four piece back in the sixties. He drug around a old beat up, painted up 4001 for years.

No, that wouldn't be it. That 4001 is so old it probably would not be worth much. Oh well, at least the old guy is eligible for a bus pass.
