This event encompasses the SoCal Confluence and indeed the dates are as Paul says, August 25th and 26th. You'll have to make your own hotel reservations at the link Gary gave. Under reservations where it asks for Group/Convention Code, enter RIN. It will bring up your rate and room types. Thay also have some suites for any of you high rollers!
There is plenty of competition for reservations at this time of year, so don't delay booking, despite the August 10th cutoff date mentioned.
Don't get confused- there are two DoubleTrees almost side by side. Our event is at the DoubleTree CLUB. They'll refer resrvations to the other hotel only if the CLUB fills up.
The main event on Saturday evening is still in the planning stages and we simply can't announce any more about it until we get certain confirmations, without compromising what will be a great event. The only thing I will say is that our event will be held in a museum which should be of great interest to everyone here . . .
