Peter: Yes, it's Tchaikovsky. I should mention that these threads are always a guessing game for me. I can't listen to the sound clips at the office. I figured it had to be 'Night Of Fear' that you were talking about, because the B-side was 'Disturbance' and the single had a controversial cover showing a naked British PM in a bathtub.

Correct Randy 1812 and correct Peter as to composer, some later versions may have had a controversial cover my copy did not.

Roy: As a six-year-old American, I didn't have a chance to buy that single when it was first released. As I understand it, the first UK pressings went out with a sleeve that was considered outrageous at the time. I believe it was either withdrawn immediately or distribution was halted by a court order.

Randy with regard to sleeve you may be thinking of a postcard that was issued to promote Flowers In the Rain which did show scene you mention, Harold Wilson British PM at the time sued and Band lost all royalties going to a trust fund of PM's choice. Band later claimed not their idea but their manager's.

So this is a case then in which more than someone's heart was worn on the sleeve?
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Roy: I stand corrected. You are of course correct. I was mixing up two different singles. Thanks for straightening that out.
