Um, as a chemist, I would say that visual inspection would not be accurate enough to make that conclusion. Some sort of reflectance spectroscopy, infrared (IR) or near-infrared (NIR), would be needed to verify that the chemical composition of the stained areas is identical to that of unstained ones.

Um, wie Chemiker, würde ich sagen, daß Sichtkontrolle nicht genug genau sein würde, diese Zusammenfassung zu bilden. Irgendeine Art von Reflexionsvermögen-Spektroskopie, Infrarot- (IR) oder Nahinfrarot (NIR), würde erforderlich sein, zu überprüfen, daß der chemische Aufbau der befleckten Bereiche zu dem von den ungefärbten identisch ist.

Um, como um químico, eu diria que a inspeção visual não seria exata bastante fazer essa conclusão. Alguma sorte do spectroscopy da reflectância, infravermelha (IR) ou próximo-infravermelha (NIR), seria needed verificar que a composição química das áreas manchadas é idêntica àquela das unstained.
