Um, as a chemist, I would say that visual inspection would not be accurate enough to make that conclusion. Some sort of reflectance spectroscopy, infrared (IR) or near-infrared (NIR), would be needed to verify that the chemical composition of the stained areas is identical to that of unstained ones.... I've inspected these thoroughly and can verify that it is indeed random yellowing of the white finish and not some foreign substance ...
