Deadline is a week from tomorrow, everyone. I have a few very good submissions, but need some more so there are no repeats this year as there were last.
This year, we are gonna be on time.

Paul, does a small, messy teenager's bedroom full of wires and other stuff sound like a suitable place for a Ric to be photographed? And I don't think the garden is suitable either as it's quite derelict at this time of the year and there's an old loo (still waiting to be taken to the local tip) on the front garden. Hardly something you want any instrument to be in the same picture as. If i can miraculously find a nice backdrop in time, then I will be sending in a photo. Unlikely, but here's hoping... *crosses fingers*
I'm a lefty...

Finding a good backdrop can just be a matter of getting creative.... I've taken pictures of my Rics on different bedspreads, on the kitchen counter (which is a pretty green Silestone),and the kitchen floor (which is a neutral tan-colored vinyl, with a subtle leaf pattern). My picture of my Turquoise 325, which made it into last year's calendar, was taken on my family room floor, with a few decorative pillows and a trout-shaped salt shaker, thrown in just to make it fun and interesting.
For backgrounds on this year's pics, I used a few favorite pieces of clothing and some of my jewelry, but we'll have to wait and see if any of them make the cut, LOL!

Will,
Paul says "Ricks go well with anything." So I guess wires, gardens etc... will do just fine.
