You miss snow too, Jeff? We haven't had a single flake here in NYC yet. Bizarre.

Just got off the phone with my best friend in Rochester, NO SNOW other than a few flurries at all!

Man, it hit 80 here today Image

Denver, great town.

You may not be able to enter the city until July.

When are you to arrive?

Looks like U of M heard you were leaving. Boo Blue!
I'm just happy to be here.

2006 was great. I was able to attend the 75th Anniversary Confluence and put faces to many of the names I see here. Also, by extending a business trip on the front end, I was able to meet Graham, LeftyGuitars, and a few others at the Arlington show.

As far as Ric acquisitions go, I didn't buy or sell anything. However, our own Jingle Jangle accepted my order for a lefty Ric acoustic (730S). For that, I am very grateful and am looking forward to having it in my hands within the next month or so.

As far as attending a 2007 confluence, I have a few airline miles and hotel rewards saved up.

Jeff, take some time to become acclimated to the altitude. Sure, mountains are high, but even in Denver, before you get to the foothills, you're a mile high (hence the nickname). It's not that the air is "thin" (it has just as much O2 as down here), it's just at less pressure, so you have to work harder at getting it into you. I lived in Fort Collins from 1977 to 82 and loved it there. Been gone long enough that I have no feel for the music scene. I'm sure lotsa country AND western!

ya better football team ... but I will miss the Red Wings ... the music scene is good ... not as much rap and hip hop as Detroit ... more country and more classic rock and more Christian music ... I am hoping to find a modern rock band ...

It has to be said: "I'm sure lotsa country AND western!"

You mean they play both kinds of music?

Not my joke but worth a smirk at least!

Wow. Incredible year.

My head is still spinning...
